The Glitter Parlour does not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges. This includes returns, refunds or exchanges due to sizing errors. We recommend that you book an appointment to try on costumes to avoid sizing errors. If you are unsure about the size you need, please contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you.

The Glitter Parlour stands behind the quality of all our designs, so if your costume is defective, due to a quality defect, please contact us immediately. Product defects do not cover any damages from natural wear and tear or improper use and care.
