How can I be sure that I am ordering the correct size?
Refer to the Measurement Guide and Sizing Chart. We recommend that you book an appointment with The Glitter Parlour to try on costumes before purchase. If you are unsure about a size, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

I am unsure about my size. What should I do?
Contact us with your bust, waist, hip, and girth measurements, so that we can better assist you. Alternatively, book an appointment to come in and try on costumes before purchase.

Can I change the colour of my costume or the fabric used?
You cannot change the colour or fabric used. However, it may be possible to re-create the costume, but this costume will be subject to further charges, as it is now becomes a custom- made costume. Please refer to the Custom Orders page to inquire about making a custom costume.

My order is being shipped. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the order is placed and payment is received, it takes 2-3 business days to prepare your order for shipping. The actual shipping time is then dependent upon the shipping service.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes, we ship internationally.

Can I order in person?
Yes, we have a store located in Bolton, ON. However, there are no walk-ins, so please contact us to book an appointment.

What are the payment options?
We accept any major credit card, as well as Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Do you only sell to individual dancers?
No, The Glitter Parlour also sells to studios. Please contact us for more information on group rates.

How do I clean my costume?
It is recommended that you spot clean your costume using a gentle spot remover like Ecover, Forever New or Puracy. If you really want to wash your costume, we recommend that you hand wash your costume in cold water with a small amount of mild soap like Forever New or Renue. Do not soak your costume or leave it unattended. Wring it out gently and hang it to dry. DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

Can I iron my costume?
It is not recommended that you iron your costume. To remove wrinkles, we recommend steaming your costume. To prevent mold or mildew, please make sure your costume is dry before storing it.
